What you'll do

• Follow standard recipes
• contribute to food production and lead production in an orderly and timely manner
• maintain food quality and appearance

• rotate foods and complete production charts
• control portions and avoid unnecessary waste
• store leftovers and prepared goods using dating, labeling, and cooling procedures
• maintain kitchen cleanliness
• requisition and store supplies using FIFO and health regulations.
