The Member Services Float is an onsite, full-time role based in Portland, OR, with travel between branch locations required. Pay is $20.44–$27.60 per hour. Unitus Community Credit Union serves members through its branches, call center, and virtual branch. What you'll do

• Assist members with opening accounts, loan applications, and referrals
• process monetary and non-monetary transactions accurately while applying fraud-prevention practices
• develop knowledge of credit union products and account systems
• collaborate with branch and department staff to resolve questions
• support inbound and outbound calls, emails, and virtual-branch transactions
• work toward member-focused sales and service goals.
