What you'll do

• Welcome guests and provide friendly greetings
• answer the telephone
• manage the seating list, wait times, and guest seating
• coordinate communication throughout the restaurant
• manage call-ahead seating and reservations
• complete opening, ongoing, and closing sidework
• conduct restroom sanitation checks every 15 minutes
• notify a manager of guest complaints
• assist bussers with tables, servers with beverage refills, and bartenders with carryout orders as needed.
