Assistant Property Manager — The 401 Lofts

What you'll do

• Follow up on leasing leads and schedule tours
• assist with leasing from inquiry through move-in
• prepare purchase orders
• deposit rent payments
• schedule vendor invoice payments and record transactions in AppFolio
• respond to resident requests and create work orders
• assist with inspections and lease files
• coordinate maintenance, repairs, renovations, landscaping, snow removal, and janitorial services
• maintain property records and reports
• update advertising platforms
• assist with renewals and retention
• coordinate move-ins and move-outs
• verify invoices and assist with financial reporting.
