The project manager leads commercial interior projects from estimating through closeout, taking operational and financial ownership. The role coordinates teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors to deliver projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, documentation, and quality.

What you'll do

• Manage estimating, buyout, scheduling, and closeout
• oversee job-cost accounting, change orders, and monthly billing
• coordinate with superintendents on daily logs, trade schedules, and site challenges
• communicate with clients, architects, and subcontractors
• maintain project documentation using Procore, Excel, and scheduling software
• lead trade buyouts and negotiate subcontractor agreements
• and manage multiple projects concurrently.
