What you'll do

• Meet sales targets
• advise customers on fit, styling, and customization
• manage appointments and walk-in consultations
• maintain client profiles and follow up
• assist with garment selection and customization
• resolve customer concerns
• conduct fittings and pinning
• coordinate requirements with tailors
• explain alteration and delivery timelines
• maintain showroom presentation
• assist with inventory
• record sales, alterations, and customer interactions
• collaborate with showroom colleagues.
