What you'll do

• Build relationships with referral sources
• create floor plans using Xactimate Sketch
• prepare estimates, proposals, change orders, and revisions
• apply local building codes
• develop budgets and schedules
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• review invoices and labor costs
• manage multiple projects
• coordinate emergency response services as needed
• identify and document potential jobsite hazards
• communicate with clients and insurance adjusters.
