What you'll do

• Conduct initial pain consultations and follow-up physical medicine evaluations
• develop patient-centered multimodal treatment plans
• perform neuro-musculoskeletal examinations and pain screenings
• perform minor bedside procedures when clinically indicated and credentialed
• oversee opioid tapering and dose optimization
• query and document Maryland PDMP/CRISP
• review and order diagnostic workups
• collaborate with facility physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• participate in care planning and staff education
• and support care transitions. Requires an MSN or DNP, qualifying national NP board certification, current Maryland RN and CRNP licenses, Maryland CDS registration, federal DEA registration, and travel between assigned regional facilities.
