The Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse role is onsite in Tacoma, WA, at Puyallup Post Acute. Compensation is $45–$55 per hour. The facility provides short-term rehabilitation and long-term care in a resident-centered setting. The nurse delivers hands-on care, develops and updates care plans, monitors residents’ conditions, and coordinates with the interdisciplinary team and families to support recovery and ongoing care.

What you'll do

• Assess residents at admission and throughout their stay
• develop and update care plans
• administer medications, IV therapy, tube feedings, wound care, and prescribed treatments
• monitor changes in condition
• supervise and delegate to LPNs and CNAs
• maintain accurate EMR documentation
• communicate with clinicians and families
• participate in care conferences and discharge planning
• follow CMS and infection-control standards
• support quality improvement.

Why this role
