What you'll do

• Gather, document, validate, and manage requirements
• facilitate stakeholder workshops
• support customer data cleansing, conversion, address validation, mapping, reconciliation, and remediation
• analyze SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICA, payment, accounting, and customer account processes
• support Salesforce and digital customer platforms
• develop UAT scenarios and test scripts
• track defects and validate solutions
• support deployment readiness and stabilization.
