The Activities and Events Coordinator role is an onsite, part-time position in Easton, MD. Pay is $16–$17 per hour. The role supports residents at HeartFields Assisted Living at Easton through community activities and events. The position exists to create physical, intellectual, social, emotional, and spiritual opportunities for residents. It contributes to resident engagement and quality of life by planning, scheduling, and conducting programs and helping coordinate community events from setup through breakdown.

What you'll do

• Assist with developing and overseeing resident activities
• plan, schedule, and conduct programs
• attend community functions and help coordinate setup, event operations, and breakdown
• assist in preparing and organizing an events calendar
• work flexible hours, including evenings and every other weekend, for planned events.
