Customer Service Representative

Job overview

The Customer Service Representative role is onsite in Meridian, ID. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. What you'll do

• Provide customer service by phone, email, and chat
• handle a high volume of calls
• research and communicate solutions and updates
• record customer interactions and transactions
• identify opportunities to recommend additional services
• coordinate with technicians and team members
• and learn the company’s services. ServiceTitan familiarity is a plus but is not required
• training is provided.
