Job overview

The Director of Programs, On The Rise is an onsite role in Cambridge, MA, with in-person work at headquarters five days per week. The annual starting salary is $95,000–$100,000. On The Rise serves women, trans, and non-binary people experiencing homelessness through its Safe Haven and Keep The Keys programs. The director leads program strategy and quality while supervising Community Advocates and contributing to organizational leadership.
