The Systems Administrator role is an onsite position based in Arlington, VA, with a salary range of $150,000 to $175,000 per year. This role exists to manage and support mission-critical IT infrastructure, ensuring the operational integrity of Windows and UNIX systems. The administrator contributes to the team by performing day-to-day maintenance, troubleshooting, and security patching to support the company's defense technology initiatives.
What you'll do
- Provide Tier I and II IT support
- manage client/server/storage/network infrastructure
- configure RedHat Linux and Windows systems
- support vulnerability management using Nessus
- maintain POA&Ms
- collaborate with hardware vendors.
What we're looking for
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Experience
- 10+ years of system administration experience
