What you'll do

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care
• complete assessments and monitor resident health
• administer medications, IV therapy where applicable, and physician-ordered treatments
• develop, implement, and update care plans
• collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
• respond to changes in resident condition
• maintain electronic and written documentation
• comply with Iowa nursing regulations and facility policies.
