What you'll do

• Coordinate catered events according to Banquet Event Orders
• supervise banquet staff during event phases
• communicate service expectations
• coordinate food service with the kitchen
• inspect linens
• assist with inventory
• prepare table diagrams and setups
• conduct pre-function meetings and assign stations
• support staff training
• oversee cleanup and facility security
• ensure event charges are forwarded to accounting.
