Sales Manager

What you'll do

• Generate leads through grassroots marketing and networking
• sell memberships
• participate in community events and studio promotions
• manage marketing campaigns to generate leads
• acquire new members and retain existing members
• plan outreach to generate first-time rider leads
• build relationships with prospective and current members
• coach and train the CBX team in hospitality and sales conversion
• work with the owner to set sales targets
• drive referral business.
