What you'll do

• Install and finish drywall
• sand, patch, paint, and finish surfaces
• install and repair acoustic ceilings
• perform minor electrical installations and repairs
• complete general carpentry and small construction projects
• assist with facility modifications, landscaping, and janitorial tasks as needed
• maintain clean and compliant work areas
• operate tools safely
• respond to maintenance requests
• support preventive maintenance.
