Housekeeper – Park Villas

The Housekeeper – Park Villas role is onsite in Tulsa, OK. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour. Winfield Property Management seeks to create welcoming and comfortable environments for guests and residents across its properties. The housekeeper cleans and maintains residences and commercial buildings, helping keep assigned properties tidy and sanitary. The role also supports property operations by tracking supplies and make-ready progress and notifying maintenance when something is not working properly.

What you'll do

• Perform general cleaning, trash removal, and sanitizing throughout assigned properties. Clean and disinfect bathrooms, offices, and common areas
• clean appliances
• wipe and dust surfaces
• clean mirrors and windows
• vacuum floors, rugs, furniture, and drapes
• empty trash containers
• maintain the MSDS log
• notify maintenance of problems
• and assist with supply tracking and make-ready progress.
