Resident Experience Coordinator

What you'll do

• Serve as a building and brand ambassador
• plan and host resident events
• tour prospective renters through the building and units
• coordinate with leasing administrators
• welcome residents moving in
• monitor and report maintenance needs
• respond to and track email, social, and telephone inquiries
• coordinate payment issues with back-office staff
• organize mail and packages
• monitor the parking garage
• enforce community rules
• build local partnerships.
