What you'll do
- Prepare and monitor grant budgets, revenue tracking, and fund balances
- maintain expense classification and grant coding
- support grant close-outs, billing, invoices, and reimbursement requests
- monitor receivables and collections follow-up
- record cash receipts and revenue
- prepare ledger analyses, reconciliations, and reports
- assist with period-end close, audits, and funder reviews
- maintain records in QuickBooks Online and other financial systems.
