What you'll do
- Support enterprise virtualized environments and Windows and Linux workstations and server-based services
- deploy and maintain customer systems
- maintain Splunk Enterprise Security, validate data inputs, and create and maintain dashboards (preferred, not required)
- provide Active Directory/LDAP, DNS, Certificate Authority, Smart Card/PIV, and single sign-on services
- contribute to requirements, design, testing, and delivery decisions
- communicate status and recommendations to stakeholders
- troubleshoot deployed systems
- plan and recommend system enhancements
- support patch management and backups
- develop, recommend, implement, and test disaster recovery plans
- mentor junior staff.
