What you'll do

• Manage, develop, and monitor marketing plans and sales goals
• identify appropriate accounts and patients in consultation with healthcare professionals
• drive growth in the assigned region
• train, coach, and motivate regional sales staff
• oversee weekly sales plans and CRM tracking
• use sales tools and business tracking systems
• coordinate marketing budget use and expenses
• exchange information with hospitals, long-term care facilities, physician offices, medical groups, case management offices, and community professionals to support continuity of patient care.
