Desktop Support Technician, Secret Clearance

The Desktop Support Technician role is onsite in Andover, MA; compensation is $20–$26 per hour. The position supports a client’s workstation operations and is part of Virtual Service Operations’ client support work. The technician resolves workstation software issues and handles PC installations, moves, additions, changes, imaging, asset recovery, tagging, printer support, and tech bar support. The role also updates IT service management records and supports customer satisfaction and workstation operations.

• Provide workstation software break-fix support
