Director of Finance

What you'll do

• Oversee accounting, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger reconciliation
• ensure timely payroll, invoicing, grant and contract reporting
• establish internal controls and workflows
• collaborate with HR and program leaders
• prepare and present financial statements, forecasts, and reports
• manage and mentor finance staff
• coordinate audits, tax filings, and compliance reviews
• monitor contract spending and alert leadership to risks.
