What you'll do

• Check on assigned residents

• respond to call bells and security systems
• assist with daily living, meals, cleanliness, laundry, and activities
• assist with medication passes and treatments using the medication observation record and Six Rights
• document doses and refusals
• report concerns
• restock and maintain medication carts and rooms
• record vital signs.
