What you'll do

• Maintain investigative actions in PeopleSoft and SISPV SharePoint
• collect and research information
• resolve security concerns
• prepare Reports of Investigation with an error rate not exceeding 5%
• forward relevant information to the Adjudications Branch
• coordinate with stakeholders and sources
• prepare filer notifications
• process cases within designated timeframes
• and assess concerns under applicable investigative standards and adjudicative guidelines.
