What you'll do

• Lead and develop service advisors, shop foreman, and technicians

• monitor financial performance and goals
• build fleet customer relationships
• coordinate service strategies and repair communications with fleet managers
• oversee repair quality, warranty administration, reporting, equipment, safety, and customer concerns.
