Shipping Customer Service Associate

What you'll do

• Assist customers with domestic and international shipping
• process and track packages, returns, and drop-off shipments
• operate printing and copying equipment
• provide notary, mailbox, faxing, and other business support services as needed
• maintain a clean, organized, and stocked store
• process payments and balance the cash drawer
• resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
