What you'll do

• Respond to crisis and inquiry calls with support, information, and referrals
• assist residents and maintain a safe environment
• conduct facility inspections and client intakes/departures
• respond to emergencies and use crisis intervention and security procedures
• orient and support participants
• assist with staff and volunteer training
• maintain case records and reports
• prepare refreshments and clean assigned areas.
