Warehouse Account Coordinator

The Warehouse Account Coordinator role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ. Compensation is $22 per hour. The coordinator helps assigned programs move through order and warehouse processes accurately and on time. By responding to order inquiries, coordinating rush shipments, communicating inventory shortages and shipping issues, and tracking returns, the role supports client service and operational follow-through.

What you'll do

• Answer inquiries about assigned program orders
• ensure rush orders ship on time
• communicate rush orders to the warehouse
• coordinate with operations and account management teams about inventory shortages and orders that cannot ship
• update addresses and shipping methods as needed
• monitor the returns tracker and communicate as needed
• assist other account coordinators with programs and projects.
