The Water Resources Technical Manager role is onsite in Denton, TX. Compensation is not specified. The role leads technical design and production work on water resources projects, resolving complex design problems and helping project teams carry work from concept through construction administration. It also coaches and mentors water resources designers and project engineers across McAdams offices.

What you'll do

• Lead a production team and manage resources
• resolve technical and design problems
• coach and mentor design professionals
• prepare civil engineering construction documents, local and FEMA flood studies, storm drainage and culvert designs, stormwater control measures, grading, earthworks, and sediment and erosion control plans and permits
• coordinate with project stakeholders and utility providers
• support projects from concept through construction administration.

Why this role
