What you'll do

• Own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for core platform capabilities, backend integrations, and API frameworks
• partner with engineering leadership and staff engineers on technical debt, scalability, modernization, and feature requests
• translate business goals into technical specifications, user stories, and system roadmaps
• lead technical discovery, map dependencies, assess risks, and validate feasibility
• manage and prioritize the engineering backlog
• establish and monitor platform metrics
• communicate technical capabilities and limitations to business units.
