What you'll do

• Receive and process returned checks
• review negative-share accounts and take appropriate action, including contacting members by phone or written correspondence
• identify accounts for possible charge-off recommendation
• prepare documentation for further collection activity
• communicate with members, branch personnel, and collection agencies.
