Business Development Manager

What you'll do

• Prospect for new customers through networking and referrals
• grow existing accounts and renew annual maintenance plans
• visit properties, define work scopes, and prepare quotes and proposals
• build relationships with property managers, HOA boards, and decision-makers
• maintain CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline
• hand sold work to project managers
• track gross margin and prepare sales plans and weekly summaries.
