What you'll do

• Advise clients on U.S. and international privacy laws, information security programs, incident response, regulatory investigations, and privacy aspects of corporate and commercial transactions
• draft and negotiate data processing agreements and privacy schedules
• lead significant projects and engage directly with clients.
