What you'll do

• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations
• maintain service excellence and guest experience
• monitor product quality, vendor relationships, and sanitation and safety compliance
• organize staff shifts and floor coverage
• recruit, hire, onboard, train, and mentor employees
• conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback
• handle guest concerns
• uphold the brand and support local marketing and partnerships
• monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost control
• identify ways to improve sales and reduce waste
• prepare revenue and expense reports
• oversee inventory and purchasing.
