What you'll do

• Prepare and position patients for X-ray procedures
• operate X-ray and digital imaging equipment
• perform X-rays according to provider orders and forward images for radiologist over-reads
• follow radiation safety protocols
• maintain patient records, imaging logs, and electronic medical records
• check, clean, and maintain equipment and report malfunctions
• clean, stock, and sterilize equipment and prepare patient rooms
• support providers with examinations, testing, and patient education.

Why this role

Limited-scope imaging of specific body areas under the direction and supervision of a licensed radiologic technologist or physician. Limited radiography license or certification and CPR for Healthcare Providers certification required; two or more years of medical office experience strongly preferred.
