What you'll do

• Lead daily shop operations from opening through closing
• direct assigned shifts

• uphold recipes, checklists, food-safety standards and procedures
• solve operational problems
• handle cash and transactions and complete financial reporting
• partner with the General Manager and other leaders.

Why this role
