The Family Medicine Physician role is an onsite position based in Franklin, VA. The guaranteed base compensation is $275,000 for the first two years, plus productivity and quality incentives. This role exists to provide compassionate, community-based primary care in a well-established practice. The physician will manage a patient panel across all ages and contribute to a supportive, patient-focused team environment.

• Provide primary care for patients of all ages
• participate in a 1:7 call rotation
• utilize EPIC EMR and DAX Copilot AI
• precept medical students and residents
• participate in committees.
