What you'll do

• Maintain client relationships and work toward a 95% annual renewal retention rate
• assess risks across a portfolio of 100+ commercial accounts and advise on coverage and policy updates
• identify new business opportunities toward a 20% annual policy-volume growth target
• manage policy documents and endorsements accurately and within 48 hours of client requests
• mentor and collaborate with junior account executives
• use CRM systems and analytics tools to support client engagement and service delivery.
