Tax Manager

What you'll do

• Review complex federal, state, and multistate business and individual tax returns
• manage tax deliverables, planning, and projections
• conduct tax research and prepare technical memoranda
• advise clients and respond to tax notices and audits
• supervise, train, and delegate work to staff
• prepare engagement letters
• participate in business development.
