What you'll do

• Coordinate daily activities of the integrated school-based health center
• maintain patient registration, encounter, and provider-note records
• schedule medical and behavioral health appointments
• answer phones
• support communication among the health center, school, families, and staff
• monitor patient flow and stock supplies
• report pertinent observations to providers
• prepare reports and enter data
• assist with follow-up, referrals, insurance updates, and confidential paperwork
• transport lab samples and mail between the school-based center and health center.
