What you'll do

• Perform climbing and rigging for pruning and removals
• communicate with crew leaders and ground crew
• delegate tasks to groundsmen as directed
• maintain a professional appearance and interact respectfully with customers
• maintain equipment and follow safety protocols
• adhere to ANSI tree-care standards
• assist with aerial lift operations when applicable
• work 40+ hours per week.
