• Greet customers and assess tire and automotive service needs
• assist with technician hiring, training, and performance evaluation
• support store performance goals
• help assign daily work orders

• support technical training
• oversee safe shop operations and equipment
• maintain cleanliness, organization, and inventory
• analyze operational data
