The Registered Behavior Technician — ABA Therapy role is onsite across the listed work locations of Clarksville, Pleasant View, and Dover, TN. Compensation is $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental challenges in homes, schools, and community environments. Working under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans, teaches communication and daily living skills, collects session data, and communicates with families and team members. The work contributes to each child’s growth through consistent, individualized behavioral support.
