What you'll do

• Manage the Tenant Construction and Alteration Process within the WTC Facility Management Division
• coordinate tenant construction portfolio planning, design, construction, and stakeholders
• oversee lease-related submittals
• review design and construction for code and guideline compliance
• monitor project scope, schedule, and budget
• serve as initial tenant contact
• coordinate activity schedules and approvals
• manage professional certification projects through permits and closeout.
