Assistant General Manager

What you'll do

• Address guest concerns
• uphold safety and security measures and inspect for hazards
• support daily hotel operations and brand standards
• assist with sales and marketing strategies
• help with financial reporting, payroll, cash handling, records, and budget guidelines
• oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Be ready to perform hotel roles including front desk, guest services, night audit, housekeeping, maintenance, shuttle driving, and breakfast delivery. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
