Litigation Attorney — Startups and Small Businesses

What you'll do

• Manage litigation matters from intake and engagement letters through discovery, depositions, and settlement
• handle defense and plaintiff-side matters
• lead client conversations to explain legal issues and develop engagements
• provide feedback on Concorda’s AI litigation platform and work with engineers on tools
• and adapt to unfamiliar practice areas as the firm handles varied cases.
