Shift Manager

What you'll do

• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and follow company procedures and food quality, sanitation, and customer service standards
• manage costs within budget
• set up cash registers and support smooth shift transitions
• supervise and direct team members
• train team members when requested
• complete shift reports and documentation
• post sales readings and conduct operational walk-throughs
• enforce safety and security procedures. Higher levels may include independent shift management, inventory and food orders, cost control, and mentoring.
